The Director General of Tourism, Malaysia Dato Mirza Mohammad Taiyab received the award and stated that the whole department is happy to get this award as it truly recognizes the promotional work for the Malaysia Year of Festivals 2015 campaign, and for Malaysia doing by the Tourism Department. According to him, this award will attract more people worldwide to the affluent culture and heritage of the Malaysian.

This advertisement was the segment of a Tourism Malaysia’s advertisement campaign to endorse the MyFest 2015 or Malaysia Year of Festivals which accentuates the different cultural aspects enjoyed by a diverse population of Malaysia.
